Vacant Staging
Empty homes are hard for buyers to connect with. We furnish and style your entire space using our own curated inventory of modern furniture, art, and accessories, chosen specifically for your home's style and target buyer. The first month's rental is included in your staging fee.

02
Consultations & Redesign
Not ready for a full staging? Our Walk-and-Talk consultation gives you expert guidance and a detailed written action plan you can act on yourself. We also offer color recommendations, furniture placement plans, home redesign, and move-in decorating.

Whether you're preparing to list or your home has been sitting on the market, we meet you where you are. We can do as little as a consultation or as much as a full vacant staging and everything in between. We start with what you already own and layer in our own furniture, art, and accessories where it makes the biggest impact.

Most projects range from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the size of the home, the number of rooms being staged, and the scope of work involved. For vacant staging, the first month's rental of our furniture and accessories is included in the staging fee. If the home remains on the market into a second month, a monthly rental fee applies, and rental costs are always lower than the original staging fee. We work within your budget to find the right level of staging for your home and your goals. Contact us for a custom quote.

Vacant staging is for empty homes — we bring in our own furniture, art, and accessories to fully furnish the space and make it feel like a home. Occupied staging is for homes where the seller is still living — we work with what you already own, rearranging and editing as needed, and supplement with our own pieces where it makes the biggest impact.
-
No — and we'll tell you honestly which rooms will have the biggest impact. In most cases, the living room, primary bedroom, kitchen, and dining area are the highest priorities. Staging every single room is rarely necessary, and we'd rather focus your investment where it counts most.
-
Absolutely — and it's one of the most common situations we work with. If a home has had showings but no offers, staging can completely change the perception of the property without a price reduction. We've helped many sellers go from months of no activity to an accepted offer within weeks of staging.
